Po Che Keng Shrine

Satun City District, Satun Province.

The Pojeh Keng Shrine is an ancient shrine that is over 125 years old. It was built on land donated by Mr. Li Ka Wut in the year 1890. Upon its completion, the statue of Phor Sheng Tai Teh, also known as Tai Teh Hee Chor, was brought over from Penang and enshrined as the main deity. Additionally, there are eight locations within the shrine dedicated to various Buddha statues for worship and reverence.
