Satun Central Mosque

Pimaan, Municipality of Satun.

In 1974, a mosque was built featuring a modern architectural design. The building, adorned with white marble tiles and clear glass, is divided into two sections. The exterior boasts a terrace with stairs leading up to the tower, topped with a dome that offers a panoramic view of Satun city. Inside, there is a spacious hall designated for prayer. The lower level includes a basement that was inaugurated by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the ninth king of the Chakri Dynasty, on September 20, 1982.
