Near the Ka-angk Waterfall in Nakhon Nayok

A new tourist destination in Ban Na district features a stunning array of large stone pillars located on the edge of a cliff, adorned with ancient rock paintings that are over 2,000 years old. Visitors must hike approximately 3 kilometers uphill along a steep path, and it is essential to have a guide. The historical paintings have been found to mainly feature red hues, scattered across the surface of large rock walls. The artistic technique employed is an external outline, where artists would outline the shapes to create a frame and leave the interior spaces blank or embellish them with intricate patterns. Additionally, they also used the silhouette technique, which involves outlining shapes and then filling them in with color.
