During our journey back to the city, we stopped to admire the white sandy beach by the Mekong River. This beach is a true sandy oasis formed by sediment deposits during the flood season. In some areas, large sand dunes rise up, resembling a desert landscape. Notably, this beautiful site only becomes visible from winter to summer. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll, take photos while basking in the evening breeze, or simply sit back and appreciate the serene views of the Laotian shore, which are equally captivating.
