The Somdej Phra Srinagarindra Park in Roi Et is a public park dedicated to the honor of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra, on the occasion of her 80th birthday, and is the third such park of its kind. This city center park is located in front of the Roi Et Provincial Hall, in the Nai Mueang sub-district of Roi Et City, covering a total area of 123 rai, 3 ngan, and 15 square wah. Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra, along with Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana, officially inaugurated this park on January 21, 1986. Later, on March 31, 2000, His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej graciously appointed His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn to preside over the opening of the royal monument dedicated to Princess Srinagarindra, which has been established in this park. Currently, the park is maintained by the Roi Et Municipality. Visitors can enjoy the lush greenery, as the area is adorned with large trees for shade and beautiful flowering plants for aesthetic appeal. The park features a simulated zoo, a waterfall, a health garden, and a playground, along with the option to rent paddle boats and bicycles for enjoyment on the pond.
