Located near Bung Phalan Chai, the complex consists of two interconnected buildings. The first building features a hall, lecture rooms, exhibition spaces, an office, and a ticket and souvenir counter. The second building showcases aquatic species and includes 24 small freshwater fish tanks and a large fish tank measuring 8 x 16 meters, containing 400 cubic meters of freshwater. It also has a biological filtration system. A highlight of this building is the tunnel that runs under the large fish tank, allowing visitors to observe aquatic life from all directions. The exhibits feature local fish species from the Mekong River, Chao Phraya River, and Mun River. In addition to living animals, there are also taxidermy specimens on display.
