Bueng Phalan Chai

Phlan Chai Road in Roi Et Town.

Located in the heart of Roi Et, this site is a symbol of the province. It is a large lake adorned with a garden of vibrant flowers and various types of foliage, creating a serene atmosphere. From the observation tower, the view of Planchai Lake resembles a map of Thailand. Additionally, the area is often used for various festivals held by the province. Within Planchai Lake, there is a sacred shrine known as the City Pillar Shrine, which is highly respected by the locals. They believe that the City Pillar Spirit blesses the people with happiness and fulfills their desires, making it a popular destination for residents who come to pay their respects and seek blessings regularly. The site also features a large reclining Buddha statue surrounded by flower gardens, the Constitution Pavilion, a flower clock, the simulated waterfall of Phu Planchai, and various animal sculptures that give the impression of a mini zoo. There are also playgrounds and wellness parks, ensuring a delightful experience for all visitors.
