In 2010, it received the Outstanding Tourism Industry Award in the category of Recreational Attractions for Learning. The center provides knowledge through exhibitions focusing on fundamental science, nature and the environment, astronomy, and space, emphasizing relatable topics and hands-on learning experiences that can be applied to daily life. Additionally, the center organizes various educational activities in science, such as science and environmental camps, and training for science teachers.
