Located in the Nai Mueang sub-district, this center serves as a learning exchange hub aimed at enhancing the production and weaving of traditional Lanna silk using naturally dyed threads for improved quality. Within the learning center, there are mulberry fields and a silkworm rearing facility, providing a point of discovery about the origins of Thai silk. Visitors can participate in activities such as harvesting mulberries. The natural dyeing workshop and silk weaving area offer insights into the process of natural dyeing using materials like sappan wood, logwood, deer’s ear leaves, and flowers to create colors. Participants can engage in hands-on activities, experimenting with natural dye techniques, as well as spinning and weaving silk. Additionally, the center features a retail area and a museum dedicated to Lanna silk. It serves as a gathering place for products from local groups, such as mulberry products, mulberry jam, mulberry juice, and goods made from traditional silk.
