The new restaurant by Chef Chumphon, our Michelin-star chef, is Waan Thai. The highlight of “Sweet Thai Gold” is its unique twist on traditional flavors, featuring a filling of homemade salted egg, with the yolk combined with beans to create a harmonious taste. The restaurant's signature dish, Waan Thai High Tea, showcases a Modern Thai Twist on afternoon tea, which includes a delightful assortment of Thai-inspired snacks. One standout item is the pink sweet bunch, made with beautifully colored pink dough that wraps around a variety of savory mushrooms, seasoned to perfection. The grilled free-range chicken is magnificent, with firm meat coated in the restaurant’s special sauce. To accompany this delightful meal, there's a refreshing herbal drink, Betterfly Pea Honey Lemon, featuring beautifully vibrant purple butterfly pea flower, sweet honey, and garnished with delicious honeycomb.
