The Khun Mae Chee Kaew Stupa, also known as the Sri Trairatthana Memorial Stupa, is located at the Huy Sai Nun's Monastery in Kham Cha-i Subdistrict, Kham Cha-i District, Mukdahan Province. Construction began in July 2005 and was completed in April 2006, with Dr. Pensri Makranont making the initial donation to kickstart the project. Together with a group of devoted followers from the Sri Trairatthana Stupa, they established this stupa as a dedication to honor the purity of the Dhamma, representing a revered female figure who practiced righteousness according to Buddhist teachings and followed the path towards liberation from suffering until achieving ultimate enlightenment. This stupa, built as an offering to the Buddhist community, stands with an octagonal shape, reaching a height of 25 meters and a width of 16 meters. The first level of the stupa houses a seated statue of Khun Mae Chee Kaew, alongside her personal belongings and a biographical display. The second level features a meditative statue of her and serves as a repository for her cremated remains. Surrounding the stupa, visitors will find a serene and lush environment, adorned with various trees, making it an ideal place for meditation and tranquility.
