The Rong Tiwa Reservoir is located in Village No. 17, Huay Kaew Sub-district, Phu Kam Yao District, Phayao Province, right behind the Phu Kam Yao District Office. Spanning an area of 400 rai, it was constructed by the Royal Irrigation Department in 1988 to store water for agricultural purposes and to supply village drinking water. This location is also known for its stunning sunset views.
