Nakhon Sawan Province plays a significant role not only as an ancient community and cultural hub but also as a center for traditional performances, handicrafts, and natural tourism. However, it lacks a centralized venue to promote and share these important aspects, even among its own residents. Therefore, the Nakhon Sawan Provincial Cultural Subcommittee has resolved to establish a Cultural Center in an area of approximately 5 rai in front of Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University.
