The Muang Long Traditional Fabric and Natural Dye Learning Center is located in Huathung Subdistrict, Long District. Established on May 28, 2008, it is headed by Khun Pranom Thapaeng, a national artist in visual arts (fine art of woven textiles). The center serves as a crucial hub for knowledge exchange and aims to elevate the quality of locally woven fabrics dyed with natural indigo. It is also dedicated to providing comprehensive information and expertise related to the production of Muang Long woven fabrics and natural dyeing practices. The center plays a significant role in generating income and strengthening the community while preserving and passing down the intricate wisdom of Muang Long weaving and natural dyeing for future generations. The ground floor features a demonstration area for traditional weaving, while the upper floor houses a rare textile museum showcasing a variety of exquisite woven fabrics.
