Wat Si Suwann (Wat Kheuan Daeng) is an ancient temple that dates back over 600 years, built around 1925 AD, during the late Ayutthaya period. The temple has been known by various names throughout different eras and occasions. Some of its earlier names include Wat Si Suwann Pathumma, Wat Kheuan Daeng, Wat Khet Daeng, Wat Khet Daen, and Wat Ta Leng Krang, which was historically a site for the execution of prisoners.
