Wat Khao Phanom Phloeng is an ancient site located within Si Satchanalai Historical Park, in Si Satchanalai District, Sukhothai Province. It sits atop Khao Phanom Phloeng, approximately 25 meters high, near the northeastern city walls. There are two paths to reach the temple: one from the front and the other from the side, which features a broad laterite staircase about 6 meters wide. Significant historical structures within Wat Khao Phanom Phloeng include the main chedi, which has a circular shape with a base composed of a tiered platform and a lotus base. The surface of the lotus base is adorned with stucco sculptures depicting the Buddha in various postures surrounding the chedi. The bell-shaped structure is slender and supported by a ring and a flared lotus base. Above this bell is a rectangular throne, though the umbrella finial and its supporting section are damaged and missing.
