Wat Worachun is an ancient temple located in Suphan Buri Province, offering a tranquil atmosphere full of various trees that create a refreshing environment, making it an ideal place for relaxation and making merit. The highlight of the temple is the "Mahachulamani Stupa," a beautifully unique stupa with a square base that is wide on all four sides, surrounded by 30 smaller stupas. Inside the main stupa is a bronze casting, which appears grand and prominent. Additionally, the temple houses a statue of "Luang Pu Pring Watchirasuwanno," a former abbot revered by the people of Suphan Buri. Getting to Wat Worachun is quite convenient as it is located in Phothphaya Subdistrict, Mueang Suphan Buri District, on the eastern bank of the Tha Chin River. Originally, the temple was on the opposite side of Wat Phrao with a connecting bridge, which is now made of concrete. You can easily navigate using Google Maps. The temple is open daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
