The ancient pine forest, known as the "Thousand-Year Pine", is located within the Phu Lan Kha National Park in the Subdistrict of Sap Si Thong, Mueang District, Chaiyaphum Province. It also extends into the northern region of the Phu Lan Kha National Forest Reserve, specifically in the Tham Ma Fai Wan Subdistrict of the Kaeng Khoi District, Chaiyaphum Province. Here, you can find the giant elephant-foot pine (Pinus kesiya) that stands approximately 4 to 6 meters tall, thriving in the dry dipterocarp forest near the cliffs of Phu Khia. This lush area spans about 200 rai (32 hectares), originating from Chaiyaphum province. Visitors can admire the majestic pine trees as well as the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
