Situated on the eastern bank of the Nan River, at the back near the railway line connecting Chiang Mai and Bangkok, this shrine hosts the revered deity, Goddess Jao Mae Tubtim (Tui Boey Teng Nieng), who presides over the site. To the right, you will find the seat of Lord Guan Yu, and to the left, the altar of both Lord Poon Tao Gong and Lady Poon Tao Ma. Historical evidence indicates that both Goddess Jao Mae Tubtim and Lord Guan Yu were invited from Hainan Island in Guangdong Province, China. This shrine also serves as a place of learning, imparting knowledge in both Thai and Chinese languages to the children of the village. A significant historical artifact of this shrine is the ornate palanquin used by the goddess, which was brought over from China. It is a beautifully crafted wooden structure intricately carved with floral and animal motifs in the traditional Chinese style. Additionally, there are two sets of sacred objects representing the Eight Immortals (Ba Xian), totaling 16 unique items, which are prized treasures specially made in Guangzhou during that era.
