Visiting the ancient City Pillar Shrine of Pattani for blessings on our journey was a truly enriching experience. This shrine was established on May 13, 1951, during the governorship of Phaya Ratanapakdee, and it has always been a revered site for the people of Pattani and visitors alike. Located at Saksonyi Field within Benjamaharachuthit School, the shrine stands opposite the provincial hall, along the left bank of the Pattani River. It is a place imbued with history and spirituality, making it a significant landmark in the region.
