Located on the border between Mae Wah Luang and Tha Song Yang districts, the name "Mon Klui" is derived from the phrase "Klui Ko" in the Pakakayo dialect, which translates to "a mountain covered with natural grasslands." This area features a geographical landscape of grasslands atop a peak, interspersed with dwarf trees. Due to its open expanse and an elevation of 1,100 meters above sea level, Mon Klui offers stunning views of sea mist, sunrises, and sunsets.
