Basic Space Coffee is a small but warm café in Ayutthaya that is definitely worth a visit! The ambiance of the café is homely, primarily decorated with wood, creating a simple and airy feel. There are both Indoor and Outdoor seating areas by the side of the Makham Riang canal, giving a relaxing vibe akin to being at a close friend's house. Getting here is not difficult; it is located right at the corner of the Makham Riang canal. Although there is no designated parking, parking along the street is available. The highlight you shouldn't miss is the "Cococano," a coconut coffee that combines a shot of espresso with fresh coconut water, served with coconut flesh. The flavor is perfectly balanced and refreshingly suitable for the hot weather in Thailand. There are also many other interesting menu items, such as Coco Matcha and homemade banoffee cake. This café is a great place to chill, relax, take beautiful photos, or even get some work done. It opens early in the morning around 7:30 AM and closes in the late afternoon at about 4:00 PM. It’s another must-visit spot when in Ayutthaya!
