A small community at the foothills of the Mae Sad River in Mae Korn has successfully transformed the challenges of chemical agriculture into a flourishing organic vegetable garden. This change has not only resulted in high-quality produce for local consumption but has also made the vegetables highly sought after in the organic market. Ultimately, this effort goes beyond just providing clean vegetables; it also plays a vital role in preserving the watershed. The community-based tourism in Village No. 4, Ban Mae Sad, Tambon Mae Korn, focuses on agricultural tourism inspired by the philosophy of sufficiency economy. Visitors can enjoy pesticide-free produce and explore natural and environmental attractions. Additionally, the tourism experience encompasses the tribal village of Ban Boriwan, where the community actively collaborates in unity and harmony.
