"Phra Phrom" is one of the great deities in the 'Trimurti' of Brahmanism-Hinduism, revered and respected throughout the ages, even in Buddhism. He is the creator, dictating the existence of all living beings and determining the destinies of every individual. He is aware of the movements of all lives and always listens to the prayers of the faithful. Those who worship Phra Phrom and engage in good deeds are blessed to achieve all they desire. Meanwhile, "Phra In," the mighty deity, reigns over the lives of all beings, safeguarding those who do good and protecting the world from various malevolent dangers. The Phra Phrom shrine was established around 2008 to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Phra Thamma Singhaburajarn (Luang Phor Jan) of Wat Amphan. A group of devoted disciples and faithful individuals collaborated to build the "Phra Phrom shrine" just a short distance from the entrance of Wat Amphan. This shrine serves as a tribute to their beloved master and is a significant emblem that perpetuates the ancient legends of the town, reflecting the intentions of the local community. It spreads the history of the region’s past and serves as a spiritual anchor for the community, encouraging them to commit to good deeds for the nation. Furthermore, it promotes tourism and supports community enterprise products (OTOP) in Sing Buri province.
