Khao Ibid, located in the Huai Yot District of Phetchaburi Province, is like a hidden gem not far from Bangkok! This place is famous for being the "Switzerland of Thailand" due to its stunning landscape that resembles a painting. The atmosphere at Khao Ibid is extraordinary! You will encounter a crystal-clear reservoir surrounded by lush green pine trees and uniquely shaped limestone mountains in the background. The sunlight is particularly soft in the early morning or late afternoon, making every photo angle beautifully picturesque, as if you’re in a foreign country. It’s perfect for relaxation, capturing beautiful photos, or having a light picnic. For travel, Khao Ibid is situated in the Nong Chumphon Nuea Subdistrict, Huai Yot District, Phetchaburi Province. Although it is an area within the concession of a stone factory, it is still available for tourist visits. However, visitors should be cautious about dust and the incoming and outgoing trucks. It’s advisable to bring an umbrella, hat, sunglasses, and drinking water since there are not many facilities available. This is another must-visit spot in Phetchaburi for photography enthusiasts!
