Located in Ban Non Jan Kiew, Moo 8, Tambon Mueang Kao Pha Thana, the Dinosaur Park is a public park along Highway 2038, which leads to Phu Wiang National Park. Covering an area of 25 acres, the park is set against the backdrop of the Phu Wiang mountain range. Within the Dinosaur Park, there are several public park features, including landscaped gardens and seating areas, all surrounded by life-sized dinosaur replicas, both large and small. Some of these models even make sounds and move. To get to the Dinosaur Park, you will follow the same route as towards Phu Wiang National Park. The distance from Khon Kaen to Phu Wiang District is about 70 kilometers, and an additional 7 kilometers from the district center will bring you to the Dinosaur Park on your left side. The park offers facilities for people with disabilities and the elderly. Although there are no designated disabled parking spots, there is ample parking space available close to the park entrance. The pathways within the park are on the same level as the surrounding ground, but some areas have uneven surfaces with large gravel and stone plates, which can make passage challenging. There are ramps leading into the park and the steps are made of non-slip materials. Additionally, for those interested in exploring sustainability through local wisdom, there are travel blogs on exploring Khon Kaen province, highlighting local handicrafts and the ways of life intertwined with the art of belief.
