"Doi Pha Hom Pok National Park spans across three districts in Chiang Mai Province: Mae Ai, Fang, and Chai Prakan. One of the area's significant geological attractions is the Fang Hot Springs, a natural hot spring formed by geothermal heat that covers an area of approximately 10 rai. The largest hot spring features a geyser that can erupt steam up to 40-50 meters high, with water temperatures ranging from 40 to 88 degrees Celsius. Visitors can soak in the hot mineral waters, enjoy steam baths, or even try their hand at boiling eggs. There are also nature trails for those looking to experience breathtaking sunrises and sunsets atop Doi Pha Hom Pok. The park provides various accommodations and camping sites, along with a multitude of attractions including waterfall excursions, cave explorations, geological studies, and opportunities to observe flora and fauna, as well as bird watching, butterfly spotting, wildlife viewing, and kayaking. The park is generally open to tourists almost year-round."
