Born in 1856, he served as a governor under King Rama V, overseeing the northern provinces, specifically Udon. During the years 1894 to 1900, he played a pivotal role in founding the city of Udon Thani in 1894, establishing administrative frameworks and implementing policies that significantly benefited the local population. The monument dedicated to him is regarded as the highest honor for the people of Udon Thani to this day, celebrating his legacy and impact on the region.
