The freshwater beach at Wat Tha Lo, commonly known among locals as Tha Lo Beach, stretches approximately 500 meters. It features coarse sand sloping down to the Mae Klong River. This area forms a cove with a width reminiscent of a lake, and a gentle breeze blows in from the water’s edge. The scenic view is enhanced by mountains, which have been developed under a landscaping project by the Tha Lo Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Along the beach, there are several restaurants, as well as tents and umbrellas available for rent, providing comfortable canvas seating. It feels just like a visit to a saltwater beach!
