This large natural pond, covering an area of 50 rai, is a beloved relaxation spot for the people of Trang. It is renowned as the oldest public park in the province. The name "Kaphang Surin" is derived from Phaya Surintrarakha (Nokyuang Wiseskul), a former governor of Phuket Province.
