Wat Ngan is renowned for its distinctive architecture, particularly the sermon hall made entirely of teak wood. This hall has been restored by disassembling its original components, repairing them, and reassembling them to their original design. It is believed that this structure was originally built as a royal throne hall during the Ayutthaya period.
