Wat Khao Itthisukto is led by Ven. Phra Khru Banphot Patthanakoon (Luang Por Preecha), who holds the position of abbot. He is also a recipient of the title “Assistant Abbot of the Royal Temple Level One, Vipassana Activities.” At Wat Khao Itthisukto, it is common for Luang Por to encourage the temple's community, including monks, nuns, and laypeople, to engage in various construction projects. Most of the temple's development has been the result of their combined efforts and dedication. As a result, the temple has seen significant progress, with ongoing construction of the Dharma education buildings. In addition, there are regular ordinations and meditation retreats being held, contributing to the spiritual practice of the community.
