Wat Sra Phang Thong, also known as Wat Nong Pla Khao, is located in Ban Nong Pla Khao, Moo 6, Nong Sawan Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nong Bua Lam Phu Province, approximately 15 km from the provincial center. At Wat Nong Pla Khao, there is a statue of Phra Kru Nimittnawakan, commonly referred to as Luang Pu Nong Pla Khao, which visitors pay their respects to. Within the temple grounds, you'll find a forgiving atmosphere, along with a small zoo. On weekends, many families take their children to stroll, feed the animals, and engage in merit-making activities.
