I participated in a merit-making ceremony at Wat Phra Pothi Sothorn and Wat Rai Khing, donating white cloth for wrapping corpses and offering alms to the monks. The temple also held events for ordination and funerals. There is a spot by the canal adjacent to the temple where visitors can feed the catfish. This temple boasts a spacious area with plenty of usable space and sufficient parking for those coming to make merit. It is conveniently located near a school and features the stunning standing Buddha statue, Phra Buddha Jakkumongkhon, which is a sight to behold and worthy of reverence.
