A restaurant surrounded by rice barns, offering a menu primarily crafted from rice, embodies the concept of "Where there is a rice field, there is rice." The rice fields of my grandmother are located in Kanchanaburi province, while my mother's fields are in San Pa Yang district. Most of the rice used in the dishes is fragrant jasmine rice harvested from my mother's farm, while the red rice and rice berry are sourced from an organic farming group. This results in the signature five-colored rice of the restaurant.
