The Lotus Museum at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi was established in 2000. It focuses on the survey and collection of various lotus species, cultivating and preserving them, as well as researching their uses. The museum aims to raise awareness about the importance of conserving lotus varieties. Currently, it houses over 100 species, including the sacred lotus, water lily, Thai lotus, Victoria lotus, and several rare Thai lotus breeds.
