The Phiman Rattaya Hall is a brick and mortar structure painted in white, elevated with a high foundation, and supported by free-standing columns that hold up the roof all around. This hall connects to the Dusit Maha Prasat Hall through a long corridor known as the "Muk Krasan," which extends southward. The elevated hall features a balcony on three sides: the east, west, and south. Surrounding the balcony are decorative columns topped with a three-tiered Thai-style roof covered in glazed tiles, adorned with decorative elements such as spires, lotus leaves, and the tail of a mythical bird. The gable end is intricately carved with an image of Brahma riding a swan, while the entrance arch displays a glass-patterned design of jasmine flowers, and the window arch is beautifully gilded and accented with mirrors.
