Sakok Village is located on the eastern side of Koh Chang in Trat Province. It is a small fishing village tucked away in a channel within a large bay that resembles an animal pen, surrounded by a mangrove forest that serves as both a source of livelihood and a nursery for various aquatic species. The village has only one outlet to the sea, which is a small narrow passage. At the mouth of the bay, there are Sakok Island and Lim Island, leading this area to be collectively referred to as "Sakok Bay."
