The House of Museums, originally known as the "Children's Museum," is a charming establishment dedicated to preserving toys and childhood artifacts across an area of 58 square wah. It was officially set up by Khun Anuk and a group of like-minded volunteers with a shared vision. This museum serves as a repository for rare antique items sourced through donations and purchases, ensuring future generations can learn from them. The House of Museums comprises two buildings. The first building features a downstairs exhibition that recreates various shops from the pre-1960s era, including a coffee shop, pharmacy, barber shop, toy store, miscellaneous goods shop, and a souvenir shop. The second floor showcases a cinema, printing shop, barber shop, tailor shop, novel rental service, photography studio, Suwatthi household kitchen, and a general exhibition area. The third floor includes a classroom, a district office, a record store, a television and radio shop, a gold shop, and a department store. The second house is a single-story structure designed to imitate a riverside market, complete with a coffee shop, local vendors, a dental clinic, and a stationery store. The layout provides an incredibly realistic experience, showcasing both old and new items from the local community, which captivate visitors throughout their exploration. Location: 170/17 Moo 17, Klong Poland Village, Soi Klong Po 2, Sathahamsab Road, Tailing District, Bangkok. Open on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
