The chicken rice restaurant in Muang Thong is located on the left side as you exit onto Tiwanon Road. Personally, I don't often eat chicken rice, as I'm more used to the single-plate options priced around 40-50 baht. However, after trying this place, I found that I really liked it. They don't serve chicken rice as a complete dish; instead, you order the chicken on a plate and rice in separate bowls (similar to ordering chicken on a shared platter). They also provide a delicious sauce for the chicken. My favorite dish here is the boiled chicken. Initially, when it was served, I thought the portion seemed small. The chicken is priced at 80 baht for a small plate, 160 for medium, and 320 for large. And I was pretty hungry that day, so I ordered some fried tofu to try first. It was alright, nothing overly impressive, but the chicken was incredibly tender and juicy. It wasn’t oily like some places serve, but rather perfectly moist and springy. Surprisingly, I ended up feeling full from just one plate. At first glance, it seemed like a small portion, but the thick pieces were simply delicious. There is parking available in front of the restaurant, but it's limited. The staff is reasonably available, and the restaurant is open and spacious with comfortable seating. The air conditioning is nice and cool, making it a pleasant spot to dine. Plus, the location is easy to find. Overall, I would definitely come back for more!
