"Hei Hei Hot Pot" is an incredibly premium mala hotpot restaurant that serves up delectable sliced meats, lamb, pork, and fresh seafood. I can confidently say that both the meat and the broth are simply superb! If you're a fan of mala cuisine, this place is a must-visit. It's really worth it! The restaurant is located in Nimmanhaemin, next to Lotus Express, between Soi 6 and Soi 8. The striking red and green Chinese characters on the sign are truly eye-catching, making it hard to resist stepping inside. However, be sure to make a reservation beforehand, as the tables fill up quickly. I ended up booking a table for the evening of the next day. Once I got to enjoy the meal, I felt genuinely happy to have chosen this place. The quality of the meat was outstanding, and the lamb was particularly impressive—there was no gamey smell, just tender and delicious flavors. The broth options were equally delightful: I went for the spicy Sichuan mala broth, which was rich and flavorful, paired with a smooth and well-balanced fish tofu soup. All of this indulgence cost just 499 baht for a 2-hour buffet, which I truly found to be worth every penny. It was delicious, and the high-quality meats were simply outstanding—definitely a top-tier experience!
