"Liang Panit" is a legendary Thai restaurant in Pak Chong that has been operating for over 40 years, well-known among tourists and locals alike. **Atmosphere:** The restaurant is a two-story wooden house located at a street corner, exuding a classic and simple vibe. Inside, the atmosphere is friendly, with the rhythmic sound of stir-frying pans creating a homely feel. **Getting There:** Liang Panit is situated on Municipal Road 16 in Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima. There is street parking available nearby. If using GPS, be cautious as certain sections of the route may not be suitable for low-clearance vehicles. **Overview of the Place:** Liang Panit is famous for its dry stir-fried basil, known for its bold, spicy flavor and the aromatic scent of fresh basil leaves. Customers can choose between minced pork and minced chicken, and they can add a crispy fried duck egg with a runny yolk on top. Besides basil, there are other dishes like pad Thai and minced pork omelet. Since each dish is stir-fried individually, there may be a longer wait during lunchtime, but it is assuredly worth the wait. The restaurant is open daily from 08:00 to 15:00, with closures on the 1st and 16th of every month. If you visit Pak Chong and miss trying the basil dish here, it would be considered a missed opportunity!
