Railay Beach

Ao Nang, Krabi.

Railey Beach is distinguished by its stunning beauty, characterized by limestone cliffs. The beach is divided into three parts. The western Railey Beach, which is embraced by limestone cliffs, offers a great spot for swimming and is a popular sunset viewing point. The eastern Railey Beach is famous among international tourists for rock climbing, thanks to the high limestone cliffs that line the end of the beach, providing ideal climbing conditions. Lastly, Princess Cave Beach is home to the revered Princess Cave (Tham Phra Nang), which houses a shrine that local fishermen often pay their respects to. Inside the cave, visitors can gaze out at the cave entrance adorned with beautiful stalactites, making it another perfect spot to watch the sunset. **Getting There:** You can take a long-tail boat from either Ao Nang Pier with a fare of 100 Baht per person or from Ao Nam Mao Pier for 60 Baht per person, with a travel time of approximately 20 minutes. The journey to Princess Cave Beach also lasts about 20 minutes from Ao Nang Pier at a fare of 100 Baht per person. **Note:** Fare prices may vary. Long-tail boats can be boarded at Ao Nang, costing 100 Baht per person each trip, with a travel time of around 20 minutes.
