The Cultural Center of Prachinburi Province is located along the banks of the Bang Pakong River on Prachin Anusorn Road, next to the city hall of Mueang District. Originally, it was a building in the Luang Thong Textile Factory, established by Phra Phichakanlok (Samaang Amatayakun) during the reign of King Chulalongkorn. The architecture features a blend of Thai art and Western styles. The Fine Arts Department has registered it as a historical site and has undertaken restoration efforts. Today, the building serves as the office for the Prachinburi Province's cultural affairs and the provincial Red Cross.
