I visited to pay my respects to the Great Buddha, the revered guardian of the people of Sai Mai, as well as to make merit by feeding the fish. This ancient temple is said to have been established during the late Ayutthaya period. Today, it is quite rare to find architectural elements that truly reflect that era. Within the temple grounds, a serene atmosphere prevails, located beside the Chao Phraya River, with a gentle, refreshing breeze blowing throughout the day.
