Wat Pa Tung (Luang Pu La Ta Thip) is an ancient temple closely associated with Wat Chiang Saen. Though it may be abandoned, the site has revealed many significant treasures, including sacred relics, ancient artifacts, Buddha statues, and Sangkhalok ceramics. These valuable items are now housed in a museum located within the temple grounds. Additionally, the temple's assembly hall is the final resting place of the renowned monk, Luang Pu La. Remarkably, his remains have not decayed, allowing faithful devotees to pay their respects and seek blessings.
