The upper floor of the museum consists of three exhibition rooms: Room 1, the Historical Room, highlights the cultural identity, natural heritage, and ethnic groups of Loei Province. Room 2, the Cultural and Traditional Room, focuses on the significant cultural traditions of the province. Room 3, the Royal Visit Room, displays the royal chairs used by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit during their three visits to Loei. The lower floor houses the office of the Tourism Authority of Thailand. The museum is located on Jareutrat Road, next to the Loei Municipal Office, across from the Loei Post Office.
