Trimurti Shrine

In front of Central World shopping mall.

The Trimurti Shrine is located next to the Ganesha Shrine in front of Central World near the exit that leads to Pratunam. Although some scholars argue that the deity represented here is not actually Trimurti but rather a manifestation of Lord Shiva, known as Panchamukha Shiva (Shiva with five heads), this sacred location continues to draw large crowds who come to pray for love throughout the year. This is especially true around Valentine's Day, where people still refer to it as the Trimurti Shrine. For those wishing to pay their respects, you can simply arrive empty-handed as flower and offering vendors are available right at the shrine. There are also prayer chants provided for visitors. Currently, the shrine attracts numerous Thai tourists as well as many Chinese visitors who stop to pay homage. According to belief, worshipping "Trimurti" is said to bring success and prosperity in various aspects of life, including career, finances, health, luck, and notably, matters of love. **Worshipping Trimurti for Love Wishes** The proper offerings to bring include nine red roses, as roses symbolize love. Additionally, you'll need to bring nine red incense sticks and either one set of candles or a single candle. However, it’s worth noting that Central World has prohibited lighting incense due to potential health risks. Visitors may come with just money, as there are vendors selling all necessary items. The prayer typically begins in this manner: “Sadhu, Sadhu, Sadhu, O Great Trimurti, I... (Name and Address) bow at your feet. You have bestowed blessings upon all deities and those who practice righteousness. Now, I come to you in reverence, seeking your blessings at this moment. (State your wish) May all noble blessings come to me, and may they also extend to my protectors — long life, immense power, great wisdom, great wealth, great fame, and great fortune, protection from dangers, and help in overcoming all challenges. **Ganesha Worship Chant** Adjacent to the Trimurti Shrine is the Ganesha Shrine. For those who wish to seek blessings from Goddess Lakshmi, it’s recommended to recite the Ganesha worship chant before approaching her shrine. Begin by placing offerings in front of the idol, then recite the prayers to overcome obstacles and achieve success. “Om Shri Ganeshaya Namah, Shri Ganeshaya, Shri Ganeshaya Deva, Mata, Shaki, Paravati, Pita Maha Deva, Ladhuvan Ka Gokala, Satta kare, Swagata, Thyavanda, Chara, Bhusha, Thari Mahet, Sinthura, Sehe Moose, Ki Asavari, Andhata Na Go, Aangkhata Go Kaya, Pamanana, Go Kuttra, Teh Go Tina, Nirathana, Maya...” Or in shorter form: “Om Shri Ganeshaya Namah.” Afterward, express your wishes and conclude by chanting “Om Shanti Shanti Shanti,” invoking peace. It is important to note that Ganesha is the deity of success, wealth, and wisdom in all artistic pursuits.
